Psychotherapy that gets to the root of depression, anxiety and trauma

Humans were created for deep connections, but our fractured selves, families or communities can stand in the way of the depth we crave. The inability to connect can lead to depression, anxiety and discontentment.

The Center for Psychological and Family Services (CPFS) aims to cultivate hope by helping clients deepen relationships with themselves and others. Our therapists are trained to help individuals explore their inner conflicts. By developing self-awareness and emotional intelligence, clients gain the agency to better understand their feelings, change self-defeating patterns, establish deeper connections and take control of their lives.

What is a “depth therapist”?

While traditional therapy practices can be a source of peace, they do not always penetrate the sources of our discontent. Our “depth therapists” have advanced training to work with the client at a deep level. They use a range of therapeutic models and techniques, while recognizing that each client is unique in their own right and so much more than a diagnosis or "problem."

Contact us to pair you with the right therapist who can help get to the root of your anxiety, depression or trauma. We’ll work together to help you to cultivate greater resilience, humility and love.
