We all need help navigating life's changes and challenges. I'm here to listen to you and offer emotional support for what you're going through.

My training as a social worker means I consider all the parts of you—your background, your environment, your family, and all the ways you have found to cope with life's challenges—so that, together, we can understand what's going on in your life, make changes, or find peace.

I work with adults of all ages. I particularly enjoy working with older adults on issues of aging. I have experience and training from the Orange County Department on Aging and the Durham VA Hospital working with older adults and their caregivers.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in the state of North Carolina and received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
