Navigating change can be a scary and challenging process. Sometimes our normal coping skills are not adequate to carry us through a particular change, and we find ourselves feeling stuck and alone. My areas of special interest include adjustment issues related to life cycle transitions, separation and loss, and working with people involved in church and para-church ministry organizations.

I work with children, adolescents, college students, individual adults, couples, and families. All are welcome. I am inclusive and affirming of all people regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, ethnicity, socioeconomic, and marital status.

I earned a M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California and am a graduate of the North Carolina Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center. I am a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
