Therapy offers a space for people of all ages to explore their inner worlds in a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive setting. I offer an empathetic, holistic, and person-centered approach to therapy, centering my clients’ needs, hopes, and goals. As a psychodynamic therapist, I deeply value relationships as a source of healing and change. Through a curious, reflective, and warm approach, I strive to create a space where clients feel nurtured, heard, and empowered to explore all parts of themselves. I welcome people of all sexual orientations, gender identity and expression, racial and ethnic identity, and religious or spiritual affiliations.

I provide individual therapy to children and adolescents, ages 3+, and their caregivers, using play- and talk-based interventions grounded in psychodynamic, attachment, and trauma-informed theories. Play therapy offers a space for children to engage in self- exploration, develop curiosity and insight into their internal world, build secure relationships, and practice coping and self-regulation skills. I believe caregivers are fundamental in supporting children in therapeutic work, and I collaborate closely with them in dedicated parent sessions. Together, we explore different understandings of their children’s behaviors and experiences, strengthen parenting skills, and examine how their own past experiences may influence their parenting and family relationships.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in the state of North Carolina and earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I completed training at the UNC Department of Psychiatry Child and Family Guidance Program and worked as a school social work intern in Chatham County Schools.
