THERAPY FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS
Whether it's anxiety, depression, school challenges, difficulty with life transitions or emotional overwhelm, challenges arise throughout a child's development.
Center for Psychological and Family Services (CPFS) offers a space for children and adolescents to engage in self-exploration, develop curiosity and insight into their internal world, build secure relationships, and practice coping and self-regulation skills. CPFS also offers dedicated individual parent sessions to collaborate closely with parents and support the family system.
Recognizing that each child is unique in their own right and so much more than a diagnosis or "problem," we use nuanced techniques, such as play therapy and sand tray, to meet the child or teen where they are. Contact us to pair your child with the right therapist who can help your child develop essential coping skills and foster long-term resilience.
