We all have a story. Your story is important to me. What makes you who you are? How do you view yourself? What informs who you want to be? What is the foundation for your relationships with others? What is your lens for the world?
I believe that times of change, crisis, challenge, or being stuck in our lives can be opportunities to learn, heal, and mature as human beings. These seasons invite us to challenge the underlying narratives and patterns that may frustrate the outcomes we desire within ourselves and within our relationships.
My approach draws upon Systemic Theory with an emphasis on Narrative and Strategic therapy. Whether working with an individual, couple, or family, I value understanding your context and relationships and the stories told to make sense of them.
I received my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern Mississippi and have had focused training and experience working with couples and families.
If you’re curious, feel free to contact me to see if I am a good fit for you. If I’m not, I’m happy to connect you with someone else who may better serve you.
